Jessa founded Toot Sweet in 2008 after working in bids, publishing, marketing and sustainability. She noticed that good writers were hard to find. Over a decade later, Toot Sweet is a well-established company with a strong, supportive and fun culture. She's proud of the calibre of Toot Sweet's writers and the systems they have created to recruit the right people, teach them best-practice skills and mentor them. Jessa is also working on her first book.

Charles Campbell
Charlie is often the first port-of-call for our clients and writers. He is an experienced writer himself and joined Toot Sweet after gaining his PhD and working for years in business management research. He now manages our day-to-day operations and is a key part of our dynamic, friendly and welcoming culture. In his private time, Charlie is writing a science fiction series.

Toot Sweet's Sustainability Policy
Sustainability is important to us, so we choose not to work on projects like uranium or coal mining. Every year we make a donation to an environmentally-focused NGO or charity. We are proud to support the Australian Conservation Foundation.
